We will be asking you these questions so that we can arrange for our doctor to see you in a different room Please DO NOT enter our surgery with these symptoms, and instead phone us on (09) 267 2636 and we will help you. Also tell us who will be coming with you to the appointment and if they have any symptoms.
Phone Consultations: We are still offering our Patients phone consultations, as well as face to face consultations, so please make sure you let our Receptionists know if you would like a phone consult with your doctor, rather than coming in to the clinic. Please note a standard consultation fee applies to all Phone consults.
Health 365 online bookings: We have currently turned off the ability to book appointments online, but we hope to be able to offer online bookings again soon.
